The Board which was inaugurated on Friday, 7th September 2007 is charged with the responsibility of formulating policies for the smooth running of the College. It is currently composed of representatives from the insurance industry and the academia.
Mrs. Yetunde Ilori, B.Sc. (Act.Sc), ACII (London) serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mansard Insurance Plc. Mrs. Ilori served as the Head of Life and Pensions group at Trans Nigeria Assurance Co. Ltd. She started her insurance career in 1985 with Trans Nigeria Assurance Co. Ltd. She joined Crusader Insurance Plc. in 1997

Mr. Segun Balogun serves as Managing Director of LASACO Assurance Plc and has been its Chief Executive Officer since October 5, 2016. Mr. Balogun served as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Director of Intercontinental WAPIC Insurance Plc until November 30, 2013. He serves as a Director at LASACO Assurance Plc. He holds graduation from University Of Lagos

Dr. Yeside Oyetayo is the Rector of the College. Before her appointment, she was a Lecturer and former Head, Department of Insurance at Lagos State University for almost 15. She was also a Divisional Manager at Guinea Insurance PLC from 1998 – 1999 (1 year), and a manager at International Standard Insurers (ISI) for 3 years.
